01 / OVERVIEW
The Innovative Radar Loading Trolley is a next-generation, portable hydraulic ground support system engineered to meet the precision demands of modern air combat support operations. Developed by Jiyaxo G Techno Pvt. Ltd. in response to Indian Air Force Challenges AC-04 and OPS-22, this system delivers rapid, safe, and accurate radar installation and removal for Rafale, F-35, and other advanced fighter platforms — even in the most challenging operational environments. Built on a lightweight, high-strength aluminium chassis, the trolley achieves a lifting capacity of 200 kg and extends vertically to 18 feet, providing the reach required for nose-cone radar fitment on next-generation aircraft. Its 360° dual-plate rotation capability enables full directional flexibility for quick alignment and positioning, while an integrated real-time monitoring system guarantees accuracy at every stage of installation. Unlike conventional systems that depend on external power supplies, this trolley operates entirely on a fully hydraulic, manually operated system — eliminating electrical dependency and enabling deployment in remote airstrips, forward operating bases, and high-risk zones without any infrastructure requirement.
02 / FEATURES
The trolley operates entirely via a manual hydraulic hand pump — no electrical connection, no battery, no generator required. This makes it immediately deployable at any location, including remote forward bases and field-deployed airbases.
A dual-stage hydraulic jack system — comprising a primary main jack and a secondary adjustable jack — provides smooth, progressive vertical extension up to 18 feet, covering the full height range required for Rafale and comparable fighter aircraft nose-cone access.
The mounting platform rotates through a full 360° on a dual-plate bearing system, with independent tilt adjustment. This allows ground crew to precisely align the radar module to the aircraft nose-cone from any approach angle without repositioning the trolley.
An onboard screen-based monitoring system provides live feedback on load position, tilt angle, and alignment status during radar fitment. This eliminates guesswork and ensures every installation meets precision tolerances required for mission-critical avionics.
Rated for a maximum payload of 200 kg, the trolley comfortably handles the weight of advanced radar systems including AESA and RBE2 radar modules fitted to Rafale aircraft, with a built-in safety margin for heavier future sensor payloads.
Industrial-grade swivel castor wheels allow the trolley to be manoeuvred easily across hangar floors, tarmacs, and maintenance bays by a single operator, even when fully loaded. The compact footprint fits within standard aircraft maintenance corridors.
The entire frame is constructed from high-strength aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, delivering exceptional structural rigidity while keeping the overall trolley weight low enough for single-operator transport and repositioning.
Auto-stabilising outrigger legs deploy under load to prevent tipping, while independent brake locks on each wheel secure the trolley in position during lift and installation operations — ensuring zero unintended movement at any height.
Proximity detection features prevent the radar payload from making uncontrolled contact with the aircraft structure during approach, protecting both the radar module and the aircraft nose-cone from impact damage during the most critical phase of installation.
